As promised here are some pictures from our recent trip to Daffodil Hill. We went with some of our friends and took some beautiful Easter pictures!!

This weeks Isabelle Update March 28th...

I went to collect pictures last night for an update and realized I hadn't taken any of Isabelle this week... what a bad mommy! So last night I followed her around for a good hour with the camera!

I bought her new jammies yesterday at Target, after she practically chased me around the store with them. They had Elmo on them and they were at her level. (These days she wont have anything to do with sitting in the cart..ugh!) After picking them up she chased me and yelled "ELMO, ELMO, ELMO" until I said yes to buying the jammies. Then when I tried to take them out of the cart when she wasn't looking, she caught me! She wanted me to put them on her almost as soon as we got home. It is kind of cute, but what am I in for when I have a less then 2 year old already twisting my arm to buying her stuff....

Isabelle is talking so much these days. She loves to repeat or try to repeat everything we say. It is funny to hear what she comes up with on some words.

She has also figured out the word, again. Anytime we read her a book, sing or play with her she always says, "Again!"

Last night I was taking Freddie's blood pressure and she wanted to try her hand at it!! She put the stethoscope on and was squeezing the bulb on the cuff all by herself!! I think the picture speaks for itself, her looking at her Daddy! His blood pressure was high and she wanted him to know that wasn't OK with her!! I think it is funny that she likes to be a big girl and try everything we do!

Freddie took Isabelle on a day trip to see her Grandma and Grandpa Gallardo on Sunday while I ran a 10k. Isabelle had a great time! She came home happy saying, Grandma and Grandpa all day!! She gets to visit with them all by herself next Saturday!! Sounds like fun!!

Time Flys When Your Having Fun!!

We've been busy! Enjoying the beautiful weather! One of Isabelle's favorite things to do is feed the ducks! The other night we took her to feed the ducks and she clutched on to the bag of stale bread for fear we might forget to take her to the park! She would spend all day watching the ducks! It is super fun! We have attended several birthday parties in the last week, keeping our calender very busy among other fun events. Today we took a trip to Amador County to see Daffodil Hill, it was breath taking! The drive alone was well worth the visit! I have only attached one picture from Daffodil Hill, I will post more closer to Easter.
