A few busy weeks!

The last few weeks have been a bit crazy in the Gallardo house. This past week I just got back from a trip to New York with some of my friends, the first time I have been away from Isabelle overnight ever. Freddie's Mom came to stay with Isabelle to help during the day while Freddie was at work. Isabelle had a wonderful time with her Grandma Gallardo. They kept busy and enjoyed each other. She was excited to see me when I got home, she cuddled with me and every few minutes would come over to me and say "Hi, Mommy!" She didn't want me to leave her sight that first day I was home. She is so adorable and I missed her SOO much!

Unfortunately the day after I returned from NYC, Isabelle and I were rear ended in our FORD Explorer. It was very traumatic for both Isabelle and I. The lady who hit us was clearly on something, She hit our car pretty hard while I was in motion and when we got out of our cars, she took my cell phone so I wouldn't call the police...it's a long story but we were fine. Her car was totaled on site and our car is looking mighty sad and Freddie's guess is that our car will be totaled also. Isabelle, thankfully has no injuries, I just have some minor injuries from the seat beat and some neck pain. Nothing that wont be fine in a few days.

Isabelle has been getting a lot of extra attention, with Grandma Gallardo here last week, and my mom here this week. Isabelle is super excited to spend time with her Grandmas!!

We enjoyed having Freddie's parents and sister here with us for the day! Isabelle also enjoyed hunting for eggs at church and at home. She was so cute in her Easter dress, and she actually kept the hat on most of the day!!

A day at the Zoo...

We became members at the Sacramento Zoo this year, and last night was member preview night of the new Penguin exhibit! We were soo excited to take Isabelle!! She had a great time! She especially loved the Lemurs!! It is so much fun to discover the zoo through the eyes of a child!!
