Isabelle received student of the month for the month of August for the character trait Caring. She hasn't received the normal award the school makes since school just started but she did get a beautiful letter written from her teacher explaining why she was chosen as student of the month.

"A smile is the light in your window that tells others that there is a caring, sharing person inside."
This quote describes Isabelle's beautiful smile to a tee, as her smile is always there for a friend and brightens our day, she truly deserves this award.
I have noticed Isabelle helping classmates with independent activities if they have a question on what to do next. This was especially true with a recent art project we completed in class. She was helpful and kind, and wanted to help her classmates without asking for anything in return. Isabelle is a true team-player.
Not only does Isabelle show thoughtfulness towards others, she is also thoughtful about her work. I can tell that she cares about her education, and always wants to give her best. I appreciate all the effort she has put into her daily activities.
